FAQs
When are you open?
We are open from 9.30-1.30 - 52 Sundays a year.
Do you have eftpos?
We have a cash out facility at our Community Produce stall, but many vendors do have their own personal eftpos too. A little bit of cash can be handy - but we’re happy to give cash out at Community Produce. A charge will be added for paywave or credit cards.
Are you open if it’s raining or bad weather?
Yes we are!
We are lucky that we can tuck under the verandah, and we always ensure dry seating for customers whether under the verandah or in gazebos.
We super appreciate our customers who still make it in the poor weather, as many of our vendors still have food and produce that was prepared or picked the day before, and it’s a sad day if that isn’t sold, or spoils.
It would only be due to dangerous conditions that we were closed (extreme weather events). A bit of snow doesn’t bother us!
How do I know who is at the market each week?
Follow us on our Facebook page - generally every week we’ll advertise who is coming. The Community Produce stall is there every weekend no matter what. We ensure this is always staffed for locals to get access to spray free, local vegetables.
We also have a list of regular stallholders on our Stallholder page, so you can also message them directly to check.
Where do I park?
We have information about parking on our parking page
How do I become a stallholder - who do I talk to?
Please visit our page Food Producers or Crafters & Artists page for more information.
Does the market allow dogs?
Yes we do! Please have your dog on a lead, and be prepared to remove them if they bark excessively or are upset by other dogs, as this can rattle some customers.
Please don’t forget to clean up any messes and take them away with you.
We have a tap down the Community Produce end of the market if your pooch needs a drink.
Do you allow fundraisers?
We welcome fundraisers, as long as the products fit our criteria and don’t overlap with our paid site vendors. We allow three free stalls for fundraisers and often have groups selling scratchy boards or raffles.
Forgot your bags on the counter?
Never mind, we have our ‘Forgot me Bags’ located by the community product free to use.
